## SEC. 5012 IRRIGATION DISTRICTS Section 603(i)(1) of the Federal Water Pollution Control Act (33 U.S.C. 1383) is amended— ####
(1)in the matter preceding subparagraph
(A)by striking “to a municipality or intermunicipal, interstate, or State agency” and inserting “to an eligible recipient”; and ####
(2)in subparagraph (A), in the matter preceding clause (i), by inserting “in assistance to a municipality or intermunicipal, interstate, or State agency” before “to benefit”.
