## SEC. 5011 REGULATION OF ABOVEGROUND STORAGE AT FARMS Section 1049(c) of the Water Resources Reform and Development Act of 2014 (33 U.S.C. 1361 note; Public Law 113-121) is amended— ####
(1)by redesignating paragraphs
(1)and
(2)as subparagraphs
(A)and (B), respectively, and indenting appropriately; ####
(2)by striking the subsection designation and heading and all that follows through “ subsection (b), ” and inserting the following: > > ### “(c) Regulation of Aboveground Storage at Farms > > > #### “(1) Calculation of aggregate aboveground storage capacity > > For purposes of subsection (b),” > ; and ####
(3)by adding at the end the following: > > #### “(2) Certain farm containers > > Part 112 of title 40, Code of Federal Regulations (or successor regulations), shall not apply to the following containers located at a farm: > > > ##### “(A) > > Containers on a separate parcel that have— > > > ###### “(i) > > an individual capacity of not greater than 1,000 gallons; and > > > ###### “(ii) > > an aggregate capacity of not greater than 2,500 gallons. > > > ##### “(B) > > A container holding animal feed ingredients approved for use in livestock feed by the Food and Drug Administration.” > .
