## SEC. 5224 CONFORMING AMENDMENTS RELATING TO CHALLENGES Section 841 of title 10, United States Code (article 41 of the Uniform Code of Military Justice), is amended— ####

(1)in subsection (a)(1), by striking “, or, if none, the court,” in the second sentence; ####

(2)in subsection (a)(2), by striking “minimum” in the first sentence; and ####

(3)in subsection (b)(2), by striking “minimum”.
