## SEC. 5223 TECHNICAL AMENDMENT RELATING TO CONTINUANCES Section 840 of title 10, United States Code (article 40 of the Uniform Code of Military Justice), is amended by striking “court-martial without a military judge” and inserting “summary court-martial”.
