## SEC. 349 LIMITATION ON DEVELOPMENT AND FIELDING OF NEW CAMOUFLAGE AND UTILITY UNIFORMS None of the funds authorized to be appropriated by this Act or otherwise made available for the Department of Defense may be obligated or expended to develop or field new camouflage uniforms, new utility uniforms, or new families of uniforms until the date that is one year after the date on which the Secretary of Defense submits to the congressional defense committees notice of the intent of the Secretary to develop or field such uniforms.
