## SEC. 348 LIMITATION ON AVAILABILITY OF FUNDS FOR OFFICE OF THE UNDER SECRETARY OF DEFENSE FOR INTELLIGENCE Of the funds authorized to be appropriated by this Act or otherwise made available for fiscal year 2017 for Operation and Maintenance, Defense-wide, for the Office of the Under Secretary of Defense for Intelligence, not more than 90 percent may be obligated or expended until the Secretary of Defense issues guidance on the process by which members of the Armed Forces may carry an appropriate firearm on a military installation, as required by section 526 of the National Defense Authorization Act for Fiscal Year 2016 (Public Law 114-92; 129 Stat. 813; 10 U.S.C. 2672 note).
