## SEC. 1231 MILITARY RESPONSE OPTIONS TO RUSSIAN FEDERATION VIOLATION OF INF TREATY An amount equal to $10,000,000 of the amount authorized to be appropriated or otherwise made available to the Department of Defense for fiscal year 2017 to provide support services to the Executive Office of the President shall be withheld from obligation or expenditure until the Secretary of Defense completes the meaningful development of the military capabilities described in paragraph
(1)of section 1243(d) of the National Defense Authorization Act for Fiscal Year 2016 (Public Law 114-92; 129 Stat. 1062), as required to be addressed in the plan under that paragraph, in accordance with the requirements described in paragraph
(3)of such section.
