## SEC. 1102 REPEAL OF REQUIREMENT FOR ANNUAL STRATEGIC WORKFORCE PLAN FOR THE DEPARTMENT OF DEFENSE ###
(a)Repeal Section 115b of title 10, United States Code, is repealed. ###
(b)Clerical Amendment **[**[10 U.S.C. 111](/us/usc/t10/s111)**]** The table of sections at the beginning of chapter 2 of such title is amended by striking the item relating to section 115b.
