## SEC. 6009 COMMUNICATION SYSTEMS DEPLOYMENT REPORT Section 518(a) of title 23, United States Code, is amended in the matter preceding paragraph

(1)by striking “Not later than 3” and all that follows through “House of Representatives” and inserting “Not later than July 6, 2016, the Secretary shall make available to the public on a Department of Transportation website a report”.
