## SEC. 6008 INTELLIGENT TRANSPORTATION SYSTEM NATIONAL ARCHITECTURE AND STANDARDS Section 517(a)(3) of title 23, United States Code, is amended by striking “memberships are comprised of, and represent,” and inserting “memberships include representatives of”.
