## SEC. 5009 AMENDMENT TO THE PREVENTION AND PUBLIC HEALTH FUND Section 4002(b) of the Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act (42 U.S.C. 300u-11(b)) is amended— ####
(1)in paragraph (3), by striking “$1,250,000,000” and inserting “$900,000,000”; ####
(2)in paragraph (4), by striking “$1,500,000,000” and inserting “$1,000,000,000”; and ####
(3)by striking paragraph
