## SEC. 412 TECHNICAL AMENDMENT TO FEDERAL WORKFORCE FLEXIBILITY ACT Chapter 57 of title 5, United States Code, is amended— ####
(1)**[**[5 U.S.C. 5753](/us/usc/t5/s5753)**]** in subparagraph
(A)of section 5753(a)(2), by inserting “, excluding members of the Foreign Service other than chiefs of mission and ambassadors at large” before the semicolon at the end; and ####
(2)in subparagraph
(A)of section 5754(a)(2), by inserting “, excluding members of the Foreign Service other than chiefs of mission and ambassadors at large” before the semicolon at the end.
