## SEC. 6 CLARIFICATION OF VIOLENCE AGAINST WOMEN ACT HOUSING PROTECTIONS Section 41411(b)(3)(B)(ii) of the Violence Against Women Act of 1994 (42 U.S.C. 14043e-11(b)(3)(B)(ii)) is amended— ####

(1)in the first sentence, by inserting “or resident” after “any remaining tenant”; and ####

(2)in the second sentence, by inserting “or resident” after “tenant” each place it appears.
