## SEC. 5 PROTECTING THE VIOLENCE AGAINST WOMEN ACT Section 8(e)(1)(A) of the Prison Rape Elimination Act of 2003 (42 U.S.C. 15607(e)(1)(A)) is amended— ####
(1)in clause (i), by striking “and” at the end; ####
(2)in clause (ii), by striking the period and inserting “; and”; and ####
(3)by inserting at the end the following: > > ###### “(iii) > > the program is not administered by the Office on Violence Against Women of the Department of Justice.” > .
