## SEC. 15 CITIZENS’ CIVIL ACTIONS Section 20(b) of the Toxic Substances Control Act (15 U.S.C. 2619(b)) is amended— ####

(1)in paragraph (1)(B), by striking “or” at the end; and ####

(2)in paragraph (2), by striking the period at the end and inserting the following: > “, except that no prior notification shall be required in the case of a civil action brought to compel a decision by the Administrator pursuant to section 18(f)(3)(B); or > > > #### “(3) > > in the case of a civil action brought to compel a decision by the Administrator pursuant to section 18(f)(3)(B), after the date that is 60 days after the deadline specified in section 18(f)(3)(B).” > .
