## SEC. 14 JUDICIAL REVIEW Section 19(a) of the Toxic Substances Control Act (15 U.S.C. 2618(a)) is amended— ####
(1)in paragraph (1), by adding at the end the following: > > ##### “(C) > > > ######
(i)> > Not later than 60 days after the publication of a designation under section 6(b)(1)(B)(ii), any person may commence a civil action to challenge the designation. > > > ###### “(ii) > > The United States Court of Appeals for the District of Columbia Circuit shall have exclusive jurisdiction over a civil action filed under this subparagraph.” > ; and ####
(2)by striking paragraph (3).
