## SEC. 28 PIPELINE ODORIZATION STUDY Not later than 2 years after the date of the enactment of this Act, the Comptroller General of the United States shall submit a report to the Committee on Commerce, Science, and Transportation of the Senate and the Committee on Transportation and Infrastructure and the Committee on Energy and Commerce of the House of Representatives that assesses— ####
(1)the feasibility, costs, and benefits of odorizing all combustible gas in pipeline transportation; and ####
(2)the affects of the odorization of all combustible gas in pipeline transportation on— #####
(A)manufacturers, agriculture, and other end users; and #####
(B)public health and safety.
