## SEC. 702 MODIFICATIONS OF COST-SHARING FOR THE TRICARE PHARMACY BENEFITS PROGRAM ###
(a)Modification of Cost-sharing Amounts Subparagraph
(A)of section 1074g(a)(6) of title 10, United States Code, is amended— ####
(1)in clause (i)— #####
(A)in subclause (I), by striking “$8” and inserting “$10”; and #####
(B)in subclause (II), by striking “$20” and inserting “$24”; and ####
(2)in clause (ii)— #####
(A)in subclause (II), by striking “$16” and inserting “$20”; and #####
(B)in subclause (III), by striking “$46” and inserting “$49”. ###
(b)Modification of COLA Increase Subparagraph
(C)of such section is amended— ####
(1)in clause (i), by striking “Beginning October 1, 2013,” and inserting “Beginning October 1, 2016,”; and ####
(2)by striking clause
(ii)and inserting the following new clause (ii): > > ###### “(ii) > > The amount of the increase otherwise provided for a year by clause
(i)shall be computed as follows: > > > ###### “(I) > > If the amount of the increase is equal to or greater than 50 cents, the amount of the increase shall be rounded to the nearest multiple of $1. > > > ###### “(II) > > If the amount of the increase is less than 50 cents, the increase shall not be made for such year, but shall be carried over to, and accumulated with, the amount of the increase for the subsequent year or years and made when the aggregate amount of increases under this clause for a year is equal to or greater than 50 cents.” > .
