## SEC. 413 LEVY ON DELINQUENT PROVIDERS ###

(a)In general **[**[26 U.S.C. 6331](/us/usc/t26/s6331)**]** Paragraph

(3)of section 6331(h) of the Internal Revenue Code of 1986 is amended by striking “30 percent” and inserting “100 percent”. ###

(b)Effective date **[**[26 U.S.C. 6331 note](/us/usc/t26/s6331)**]** The amendment made by this section shall apply to payments made after 180 days after the date of the enactment of this Act.
