## SEC. 412 DELAY OF REDUCTION TO MEDICAID DSH ALLOTMENTS Section 1923(f) of the Social Security Act (42 U.S.C. 1396r-4(f)) is amended— ####
(1)in paragraph (7)(A)— #####
(A)in clause (i), by striking “2017 through 2024” and inserting “2018 through 2025”; #####
(B)by striking clause
(ii)and inserting the following new clause: > > ###### “(ii) Aggregate reductions > > The aggregate reductions in DSH allotments for all States under clause (i)(I) shall be equal to— > > > ###### “(I) > > $2,000,000,000 for fiscal year 2018; > > > ###### “(II) > > $3,000,000,000 for fiscal year 2019; > > > ###### “(III) > > $4,000,000,000 for fiscal year 2020; > > > ###### “(IV) > > $5,000,000,000 for fiscal year 2021; > > > ###### “(V) > > $6,000,000,000 for fiscal year 2022; > > > ###### “(VI) > > $7,000,000,000 for fiscal year 2023; > > > ###### “(VII) > > $8,000,000,000 for fiscal year 2024; and > > > ###### “(VIII) > > $8,000,000,000 for fiscal year 2025.” > ; and #####
(C)by adding at the end the following new clause: > > ###### “(v) Distribution of aggregate reductions > > The Secretary shall distribute the aggregate reductions under clause
