## SEC. 444 EMPLOYEE DISCIPLINE **[**[6 U.S.C. 254](/us/usc/t6/s254)**]** Notwithstanding any other provision of law, the Secretary may impose disciplinary action on any employee of U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement and U.S. Customs and Border Protection who willfully deceives Congress or agency leadership on any matter.
