## SEC. 1104 EXTENSION OF AUTHORITY TO MAKE LUMP-SUM SEVERANCE PAYMENTS TO DEPARTMENT OF DEFENSE EMPLOYEES Section 5595(i)(4) of title 5, United States Code, is amended by striking “October 1, 2014” and inserting “October 1, 2018”.
