## SEC. 1103 EXTENSION OF VOLUNTARY REDUCTION-IN-FORCE AUTHORITY FOR CIVILIAN EMPLOYEES OF THE DEPARTMENT OF DEFENSE Section 3502(f)(5) of title 5, United States Code, is amended by striking “September 30, 2014” and inserting “September 30, 2018”.
