## SEC. 11151 HIGHWAY-RELATED TECHNICAL CORRECTIONS * * * * * * * ###

(f)Effective Dates **[**[26 U.S.C. 4081 note](/us/usc/t26/s4081)**]** ####

(1)American jobs creation act of 2004 The amendments made by subsections

(a)and

(b)shall take effect as if included in the provisions of the American Jobs Creation Act of 2004 to which they relate. ####

(2)Transportation equity act for the 21st century **[**[26 U.S.C. 9504 note](/us/usc/t26/s9504)**]** The amendment made by subsection

(c)shall take effect as if included in the provision of the Transportation Equity Act for the 21st Century to which it relates. ####

(3)Energy policy act of 2005 **[**[26 U.S.C. 38 note](/us/usc/t26/s38)**]** The amendments made by subsections (d)(1) and (e)(2) shall take effect as if included in the provision of the Energy Tax Incentives Act of 2005 to which they relate. ## Subtitle E Preventing Fuel Fraud
