## SEC. 7126 SPECIAL AUTHORIZATION FOR BIOSECURITY PLANNING AND RESPONSE Section 1484(a) of the National Agricultural Research, Extension, and Teaching Policy Act of 1977 (7 U.S.C. 3351(a)) is amended by striking “ response such sums as are necessary ” and all that follows and inserting the following: > “response— > > > #### “(1) > > such sums as are necessary for each of fiscal years 2002 through 2013; and > > > #### “(2) > > $20,000,000 for each of fiscal years 2014 through 2018.” > .
