## SEC. 6004 USE OF LOAN GUARANTEES FOR COMMUNITY FACILITIES Section 306(a)(24) of the Consolidated Farm and Rural Development Act (7 U.S.C. 1926(a)(24)) is amended by adding at the end the following: > > ##### “(C) Use of loan guarantees for community facilities > > The Secretary shall consider the benefits to communities that result from using loan guarantees in carrying out the community facilities program and, to the maximum extent practicable, use guarantees to enhance community involvement.” > .
