## SEC. 6003 RURAL WATER AND WASTEWATER CIRCUIT RIDER PROGRAM Section 306(a) of the Consolidated Farm and Rural Development Act (7 U.S.C. 1926(a)) is amended by striking paragraph
(22)and inserting the following: > > #### “(22) Rural water and wastewater circuit rider program > > > ##### “(A) In general > > The Secretary shall continue a national rural water and wastewater circuit rider program that— > > > ###### “(i) > > is consistent with the activities and results of the program conducted before the date of enactment of this clause, as determined by the Secretary; and > > > ###### “(ii) > > receives funding from the Secretary, acting through the Rural Utilities Service. > > > ##### “(B) Authorization of appropriations > > There is authorized to be appropriated to carry out this paragraph $20,000,000 for fiscal year 2014 and each fiscal year thereafter.” > .
