## SEC. 11025 PILOT PROGRAMS Section 523(a) of the Federal Crop Insurance Act (7 U.S.C. 1523(a)) is amended— ####

(1)in paragraph (1), by inserting “, at the sole discretion of the Corporation,” after “may”; and ####

(2)by striking paragraph (5).
