## SEC. 11024 PROGRAM COMPLIANCE PARTNERSHIPS ###
(a)In General Section 522(d) of the Federal Crop Insurance Act (7 U.S.C. 1522(d)) is amended by striking paragraph
(1)and inserting the following: > > #### “(1) Purpose > > The purpose of this subsection is to authorize the Corporation to enter into partnerships with public and private entities for the purpose of either— > > > ##### “(A) > > increasing the availability of loss mitigation, financial, and other risk management tools for producers, with a priority given to risk management tools for producers of agricultural commodities covered by section 196 of the Agricultural Market Transition Act (7 U.S.C. 7333), specialty crops, and underserved agricultural commodities; or > > > ##### “(B) > > improving analysis tools and technology regarding compliance or identifying and using innovative compliance strategies.” > . ###
(b)Objectives Section 522(d)(3) of the Federal Crop Insurance Act (7 U.S.C. 1522(d)(3)) is amended— ####
(1)in subparagraph (F), by striking “and” at the end; ####
(2)by redesignating subparagraph
(G)as subparagraph (H); and ####
(3)by inserting after subparagraph
(F)the following: > > ##### “(G) > > to improve analysis tools and technology regarding compliance or identifying and using innovative compliance strategies; and” > .
