## SEC. 110518 FIREARMS AND EXPLOSIVES CONSPIRACY ###

(a)Firearms Section 924 of title 18, United States Code, as amended by section 110517(a), is amended by adding at the end the following new subsection: > > ### “(n) > > A person who conspires to commit an offense under subsection

(c)shall be imprisoned for not more than 20 years, fined under this title, or both; and if the firearm is a machinegun or destructive device, or is equipped with a firearm silencer or muffler, shall be imprisoned for any term of years or life.” > . ###

(b)Explosives Section 844 of title 18, United States Code, as amended by section 110515(b), is amended by adding at the end the following new subsection: > > ### “(m) > > A person who conspires to commit an offense under subsection

(h)shall be imprisoned for any term of years not exceeding 20, fined under this title, or both.” >
