## SEC. 110515 THEFT OF FIREARMS OR EXPLOSIVES FROM LICENSEE ###
(a)Firearms Section 924 of title 18, United States Code, as amended by section 110504(a), is amended by adding at the end the following new subsection: > > ###### “(l) > > A person who steals any firearm from a licensed importer, licensed manufacturer, licensed dealer, or licensed collector shall be fined under this title, imprisoned not more than 10 years, or both.” > . ###
(b)Explosives Section 844 of title 18, United States Code, as amended by section 110204(b), is amended by adding at the end the following new subsection: > > ###### “(l) > > A person who steals any explosive material from a licensed importer, licensed manufacturer, or licensed dealer, or from any permittee shall be fined under this title, imprisoned not more than 10 years, or both.” > .
