## SEC. 110514 RECEIPT OF FIREARMS BY NONRESIDENT Section 922(a) of title 18, United States Code, is amended— ####

(1)by striking “and” at the end of paragraph (7); ####

(2)by striking the period at the end of paragraph

(8)and inserting “; and”; and ####

(3)by adding at the end the following new paragraph: > > #### “(9) > > for any person, other than a licensed importer, licensed manufacturer, licensed dealer, or licensed collector, who does not reside in any State to receive any firearms unless such receipt is for lawful sporting purposes.” > .
