## SEC. 2911 MAINTENANCE OF ROADS The Secretary of the Air Force shall enter into agreements with the Owyhee County Highway District, Idaho, and the Three Creek Good Roads Highway District, Idaho, under which the Secretary of the Air Force shall pay the costs of road maintenance incurred by such districts that are attributable to operations of the Department of the Air Force associated with the Juniper Butte Range.
