## SEC. 2910 MEMORANDUM OF UNDERSTANDING ###
(a)Requirement The Secretary of the Air Force, the Secretary of the Interior, and the Governor of the State of Idaho shall jointly enter into a memorandum of understanding to implement the integrated natural resources management plan required under section 2909. ###
(b)Term The memorandum of understanding under subsection
(a)shall apply to any lands withdrawn and reserved by this title until their relinquishment by the Secretary of the Air Force under this title. ###
(c)Modification The memorandum of understanding under subsection
(a)may be modified by agreement of all the parties specified in that subsection.
