## SEC. 2216 HUMAN RIGHTS REPORTS Section 116(d) of the Foreign Assistance Act of 1961 (22 U.S.C. 2151n(d)) is amended— ####
(1)by striking “January 31” and inserting “February 25”; ####
(2)by redesignating paragraphs (3), (4), (5), and
(6)as paragraphs (4), (5), (6), and (7), respectively; and ####
(3)by inserting after paragraph
(2)the following new paragraph: > > #### “(3) > > the status of child labor practices in each country, including— > > > ##### “(A) > > whether such country has adopted policies to protect children from exploitation in the workplace, including a prohibition of forced and bonded labor and policies regarding acceptable working conditions; and > > > ##### “(B) > > the extent to which each country enforces such policies, including the adequacy of the resources and oversight dedicated to such policies;” > .
