## SEC. 2215 ANNUAL REPORT ON OVERSEAS SURPLUS PROPERTIES **[**[22 U.S.C. 303](/us/usc/t22/s303)**]** The Foreign Service Buildings Act, 1926 (22 U.S.C. 292 et seq.) is amended by adding at the end the following new section: > > ## “Sec. 12 > > Not later than March 1 of each year, the Secretary of State shall submit to Congress a report listing overseas United States surplus properties that are administered under this Act and that have been identified for sale.” > .
