## SEC. 762 SET-ASIDES FOR NATIVE AMERICANS ###
(a)In General Not less than 1.5 percent of the funds provided under this title for each of the following programs shall be allocated to Indian tribes: ####
(1)The job training demonstration program established in section 731. ####
(2)The emergency community services homeless grant program established in section 751. ###
(b)Definition For purposes of this section, the term “**Indian tribe**” means any tribe, band, nation, or other organized group or community of Indians, including any Alaska Native village or regional or village corporation (as defined in, or established pursuant to, the Alaska Native Claims Settlement Act), that is recognized by the Federal Government as eligible for special programs and services provided to Indians because of their status as Indians. **[**[42 U.S.C. 11472](/us/usc/t42/s11472)**]** * * * * * * *
