## SEC. 761 STUDY OF YOUTH HOMELESSNESS ###

(a)Authorization The Secretary of Health and Human Services may make demonstration grants to a qualified applicant for a special research project to study the underlying causes of youth homelessness. ###

(b)Funding The Secretary of Health and Human Services shall make available not to exceed $50,000 of the funds appropriated under section 426 of the Social Security Act for fiscal year 1987 for the purpose of making a grant under this section. **[**[42 U.S.C. 11471](/us/usc/t42/s11471)**]**
