## SEC. 402 REPORTS ON UNAUTHORIZED ALIEN EMPLOYMENT The President shall transmit to Congress annual reports on the implementation of section 274A of the Immigration and Nationality Act (relating to unlawful employment of aliens) during the first three years after its implementation. Each report shall include— ####
(1)an analysis of the adequacy of the employment verification system provided under subsection
(b)of that section; ####
(2)a description of the status of the development and implementation of changes in that system under subsection
(d)of that section, including the results of any demonstration projects conducted under paragraph
(4)of such subsection; and ####
(3)an analysis of the impact of the enforcement of that section on— #####
(A)the employment, wages, and working conditions of United States workers and on the economy of the United States, #####
(B)the number of aliens entering the United States illegally or who fail to maintain legal status after entry, and #####
(C)the violation of terms and conditions of nonimmigrant visas by foreign visitors.
