## Sec. 591 Authorization of Appropriations To accelerate the program of the Department of Energy involving the research, development, and demonstration of energy conserving activities designed to substantially increase productivity in industry, there is authorized to be appropriated to the Secretary of Energy for industrial energy conservation demonstration projects designed to substantially increase productivity in industry, in addition to any other sums which may be available for such purposes, the sum of $40,000,000 for each of the fiscal years ending on September 30, 1981, and on September 30, 1982. **[**[42 U.S.C. 6347](/us/usc/t42/s6347)**]** ## subtitle H Coordination of Federal Energy Conservation Factors and Data
