## Sec. 584 Authorization of Appropriations ###
(a)To carry out this subtitle there is authorized to be appropriated the sum of $10,000,000 for the fiscal year ending on September 30, 1981, and the sum of $15,000,000 for the fiscal year ending on September 30, 1982. ###
