## SEC. 1116 CONTRIBUTION TO THE ADVANCEMENT OF SEISMOLOGY The United States Government shall, to the maximum extent practicable, make available to the public in real time, or as quickly as possible, all raw seismological data provided to the United States Government by any international organization that is directly responsible for seismological monitoring.
