## Sec. 206 COMMODITIES NOT INCOME **[**[7 U.S.C. 7510](/us/usc/t7/s7510)**]** Notwithstanding any other provision of law, commodities distributed under this Act shall not be considered income or resources for any purposes under any Federal, State, or local law.
