## Sec. 205 RELATIONSHIP TO OTHER PROGRAMS **[**[7 U.S.C. 7509](/us/usc/t7/s7509)**]** ###

(a)Section 4(b) of the Food and Nutrition Act of 2008 shall not apply with respect to the distribution of commodities under this Act. ###

(b)Except as otherwise provided in section 203A of this Act, none of the commodities distributed under this Act shall be sold or otherwise disposed of in commercial channels in any form.
