## Sec. 14 exceptions **[**[15 U.S.C. 68j](/us/usc/t15/s68j)**]** None of the provisions of this Act shall be construed to apply to the manufacture, delivery for shipment, shipment, sale, or offering for sale any carpets, rugs, mats, or upholsteries, nor to any person manafacturing, delivering for shipment, shipping, selling, or offering for sale any carpets, rugs, mats, or upholsteries.
