## Sec. 13 separability clause **[**[15 U.S.C. 68 note](/us/usc/t15/s68)**]** If any provision of this Act, or the application thereof to any person, partnership, corporation, or circumstance is held invalid, the remainder of the Act and the application of such provision to any other person, partnership, corporation, or circumstance shall not be affected thereby.
