## Sec. 25 **[**[21 U.S.C. 625](/us/usc/t21/s625)**]** 24 Notwithstanding any other provision of this Act, the requirements of sections 3, 4, 5, 10(b), and 23 shall not apply to any fish described in section 1(w)(2). 24Sec. 11016(b)(2) of the Food, Conservation, and Energy Act of 2008 (7 U.S.C. 2 note; Public Law 110–246) provides: “The amendments made by paragraph
(1)shall not apply until the date on which the Secretary of Agriculture issues final regulations (after providing a period of public comment, including through the conduct of public meetings or hearings, in accordance with chapter 5 of title 5, United States Code) to carry out such amendments.”. # TITLE II MEAT PROCESSORS AND RELATED INDUSTRIES
