## SEC. 256 VOLUNTARY REPORTING **[**[7 U.S.C. 1636e](/us/usc/t7/s1636e)**]** The Secretary shall encourage voluntary reporting by packers (as defined in section 201 of the Packers and Stockyards Act, 1921 (7 U.S.C. 191)) to which the mandatory reporting requirements of this subtitle do not apply.
