## SEC. 1469A AVAILABILITY OF COMPETITIVE GRANT FUNDS **[**[7 U.S.C. 3315a](/us/usc/t7/s3315a)**]** Except as otherwise provided by law, funds made available to the Secretary to carry out a competitive agricultural research, education, or extension grant program under this or any other Act shall be available for obligation for a 2-year period beginning on October 1 of the fiscal year for which the funds are made available.
