## Sec. 1467 payment of funds **[**[7 U.S.C. 3313](/us/usc/t7/s3313)**]** Except as provided elsewhere in this Act or any other Act of Congress, funds available for allotment under this title shall be paid to each eligible institution or State at such time and in such amounts as shall be determined by the Secretary. **[**Section 1468 repealed by section 103(f)(3)(C) of P.L. 105–185, 112 Stat. 528.**]**
